Happy Birthday Jesus 2024

Sunday December 15 will mark our annual Family Oriented worship to celebrate Jesus' Birthday. The children will lead us in worship with music and help the pastor deliver the truths of scripture as well!

Everyone is invited to support a ministry project we have going on in February by bringing Jesus a birthday present.

Please bring cake mixes, frostings, sprinkles, party favors, blowers napkins, tiny plates etc (must fit in a shoe box) for us to use to make Birthday Boxes for

Wednesday December 4 you are invited to join us upstairs in the Children's Worship Area as we decorate for the advent season and thank God for the gift of His Son. Snacks, crafts, and music for one and all! 6 PM

If you want to decorate a car and join the fun, please sign up at church.

Candy donations are also requested. Those who decorate a car will not need to do their own candy. The church will bring candy around for you to distribute!

Back to School Time is Here

Preschool through 12th Grade will move up to new age groups for Sunday School, Childcare, and Children's Worship on Sunday July 28. Everyone should report to their prior class for a celebratory send off and then they will be transitioned to and picked up in their new area. If children are transitioning to the Student Building, transportation will be provided to go and to come back for the worship service. Sunday School begins at regular 9:30 time.

VBS Scavenger Hunt

Come locate the 7 C's of Oak Ridge! 

Sunday June 2 from 1-5 PM you're invited to search Oak Ridge for clues leading you to the 7C's of History for our Jungle Journey VBS 2024. (Hint all the locations start with a C)

Find the clue on a rock in each area and follow it all the way to the 7th C where the first 50 Kids will receive an EXCITING prize to set you up for a great week of VBS at Calvary starting June 9.

Bring Your Family to Sunday School 3/24 at 9AM

We are pleased to invite parents and grandparents along with all the preschoolers and elementary kids you can find to join us for breakfast and special activities in preparation for Holy Week 2024.

Join us at 9 AM for breakfast and join in with gathering some activities and resources to prepare your home to celebrate Easter! Also get a chance to meet other parents who have children your age and find a Sunday School home for both you and your children!

Merry Christmas from Calvary Kids

Thanks to all our families and volunteers that have made 2023 a blessed year in the Lord's service. We look forward to all God has instore for us in 2024. Next Up: We will continue our journey through Genesis in Children's Worship and we will begin preparing for VBS 24: Jungle Journey with music practice on Wednesdays. 

Thanks for supporting the Birthday box project. We will assemble them the last Wednesday in January.

Holiday Events for Calvary Kids

The holiday season is beginning. Please make plans to join us for a celebration of God's greatest Gift!

We will decorate the children's worship area on Nov. 29. We will also distribute family advent kits including music beginning at this event!

Families are invited to go Christmas Caroling on Dec. 6. If you are unable to join but want your children to go with us, please complete this permission form.

Church members are urged to sign up to decorate your vehicle and join the fun. Sign up sheets are available outside the office!

We still need small toys or books for kids age 3-12 and gloves, hats or scarves.
